Today, I introduce you HEMP Black Toner. Luckily, I got this product by free trial event. Hence, I gratefully review this product with honest experience.

First, when I opened the box, the design was simple and looked user-friendly.

It was designed as pumping out button, hence it was easy to use without any spill out.

Secondly, when I wet a cotton pad with the toner, I barely smelled the scent of the toner. It was faint, feeble aloe-like, somewhat soap-like scent. It was not bad after all.

Thirdly,  when I rubbed the wet cotton pad to my face, it instantly cooled my flushed face after hot shower, but little bit short of moisturizing. The liquid immediately evaporated after it was applied on my skin. Thus, it is not appropriate for dry-skin users. However, it is good for sensitive skins, because it quickly soothed the irritated, flushed skin.

When it comes to the ingredients of the Black Toner, you can notice Centella asiatica extract, which is highly renowned for skin soothing and promoting skin regeneration. In addition, you can catch the ingredient 'Aloe vera leaf extract, which is as well famous for skin soothing.

In conclusion, I recommend this product to people whose skin is sensitive, irritated and oily. Nevertheless, I do not suggest the toner to dry, parched skin-users.
